-A Red Dragon Disciple receives the ability to transform into an Ancient Red Dragon once per day with 30 Red Dragon Disciple levels. Like shifters, they too receive the dragon fear aura, but the DC is 30 + 1d20.

Its in the change log, page 12 i think, together with changes to DD.
