The player is to run in and kill...run by and kill...if you run in they can kill you there. but you only get the once. not as much as you want. Then you leave. You do not linger, you do not stay.

Use common sense with regards to this rule and you will live longer.

You may repeat this tactic after giving your foes an ample breather so long as you do not exceed 3 times per player. This includes battles that occur during relic wars.

I hope I have clarified the issue. As always with NS4, a vague policy is best for all involved. This means, if a player kills you 4 times at your bind during a relic war and the last one is accidental, we will be looking *very* carefully at both the player said to be at fault & the submitter of said screenshot.

I wouldn't recommend pressing this issue further, except to once again stress "with any rule or guideline, you'll do best by using common sense here, folks". This is meant to add fun to your PvP. Don't abuse it.
