you know...i'm thinking this list is gonna go forever :(

i remember chase had a few decent builds before his dm days.

kromix and havoc were a good fight...redrum was always a very dignified opponent who would feed you your own feet.

Yeah you have to watch out for those Strong Silent Types. Redrum always did his talking with his weapons.. believe iot or not i had a hand in training nominious before he got to big for his britches.. That was back in my solo days and I use to pk him every chance I got with my AA..

There was one too called Zacho or Zack who was bit of a terror, back then .. he too like his various archers.

Zaranthys Silvermoon for being unique, and Neversummers Harper Scout...

Loki and Poet also had a good run for a while.

Lets see... Ebeneezer and the MA crew shook everything up.

You know, I'm kinda jealous Aarkon, I'd like to help you with this. I think I could write some stuff for you, while being respectful; i.e. not having historical "flames" scribed.

Man this brings back a lot of memories :). I remember the first time myself and hellraiozer were fighting banny's char at the ave inn, we got a bit of trouble, but man the pking was different then, than what iit is now. I believe his chars name was Slave Fiona Dash. I am trying to remember the monks name froim ns also, that super fast monk that would run from one transition to the other within less than 5 seconds LOL.

YAY! Though i don't know why my name wasn't included. I used to have 20hr days back then. And i still sucked lol.

Though as much as hate to admit it - Fatzo definitely needs a mention - his smell alone is legendary and infamous
Gary BB - That toon has more hours logged than any on the server i bet.
Destruction and Reaper were the evilest toons out of AO that i can remember
Jean the Lost I can't remember a time when that toon wasnt lurking around

Wolfarus wrote:infact, i remember the player who was behind saya a fair bit. Her and i used to group up all the time back when NS 4 first opened and people were still feeling out the other factions. After she went okie, things changed. Where as i stubbornly stuck with my idea of decent player conduct, regardless of faction or guild you were in, she more or less adopted the "its factional pvp, so anything goes" attitude that was responsible for driving quite a few of the early players away (before the dm's actually decided that letting people who what they want. to whom they want, and justify their behavior because its faction pvp was a bad idea for generating a stable community)

While i dont miss the rampant pvp abuse and exploitation that exemplifed the early days of NS4, i "do" miss the sheer spectrum of characters (not talking about builds, talking about the people behind them) that made ns4 interesting. Before i took my 2nd break and subsequent comeback, i was begining to see a "cookie cutter"ing of the personalities happening in-game, and it seems to be even more prevalent since ive come back.
heh okies..... that's bout when i decided to pk other people and break my "be nice" streak
