city defences

Post by Sandman-k [sirname Blake] »

im getting tired of other factions setting there status as friendly and then killing people in town. I was in NS when an invisable friendly started to attack me and the guard went hostile on both of us. its kinda sad when your own city guards kill you because the enemy was friendly and and started to kill stuff

It's a bug I think, dunno how it works though, something to do with the game not setting people properly to hostile when joining another factions server.

I heard this was a bug as well and some attackers mentioned using it. Apparently you need to manually set them to dislike.

Do not forget that the Unaligned are NOT hostile to the players of their staring faction, only to mobs
I don’t really see much point in intelligence anyway, even at very high levels of intelligence, wizards still don’t realize it would have been smarter to be a sorcerer.

Right also, I notice that if I bind to a different server, then log off/respawn I often come back and look a lot like I am originally from that server though I am not.

Also, when I go to a different faction area, I usually like everyone on just to avoid some problems as I explore. Doing this I think prevents me from attacking someone until I change it back (I think anyway).
