That's assuming you have an NVidia video card... if its an ATI (or AMD now) video card, then you'll want to go to ati.amd.com.

i'm pretty sure it's an nvidia just not sure if it matters if i get the driver for geforce 5-7 series or whatever...or if i should get one of the geforce go 7800/7900 laptops...and in that category which one....i'm pretty sure it's between solaris and bsd but i have no idea..

In XP you can go to programs>accessories>system tools>system info
then open components>display

That will tell you what kind of video setup you have. I wouldn't think that would change all that much in Vista. But I have been wrong before and more than once.

vista will just run NWN no probs. i switched over to vista business 64 edition and the only problems i had was wireless cards. so no probs you should run into.

btw, i've been here longer than twiggy and i'm sorry you guys didn't catch the joke

GL jarhead, should've joined a real service . . . like the army, (oh I'm gonna get it for that one) instead of hanging out with sissy navy boys (and that one too). You know why you have name tapes above your rear pants pocket right? So the Navy knows who they are bending--but anyway we can't all be smart knuckle draggers.

Seriously,

make the most of it and have fun and keep ur head on a swivel. Especially if you have to go to the phillipines, never went there myself, but heard some stories from buddies who were chasin down Moros (Abu Sayyaf nutjobs) in the jungles cuz they were choppin peoples' heads off. Apparently they don't play well with others.
