character deletion

why can't my character be deleted??

at first i tried going into the thunderdome because i figured if im gonna delete the character might as well go out with a bang. and it said "security check failed" i was like whatever its said that to me before. so then i went to the devil angel and it said the same thing!

im just wondering if somethings wrong and if its just me? or does it have to do with my level or what?

That *usually* happens when you create the character with one cd key, then try to delete the character with a different cd key. It's a security feature to prevent a malicious person that guesses your password from deleting all of your characters. You can PM Zing to have it fixed.
