I found one that increases Intelligence by 2 but costs 5000 EXP to use.
I am a Lv. 13 Paladin currently. Should I use this?
Also, is there a limit to how many of these you can use on a character? I don't want to get the wrong permanent stat increases for my character. Thanks for the help.

You can use as many of the tombs as you have 5000 experience to spare for each. The +2 tombs do not stack with one of an identical type, but you can use one +2 for each stat, and a +4, if used, will overwrite the +2.
+2 Tombs require level 10 or above to use, and its safest to make sure you have over 5000 xp in your current level, deleveling from a tomb can cause some issues.
Imo, I'd recommend trading it for strength or charisma, more useful stats as a paladin, unless you need the skill points the int book will grant.
