Recently there has been an uprise in a certain rule getting broken. Even though the look of Avendel has changed and been moved the rules stay the same. DO NOT ATTACK WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE AVENDEL FENCE.
Yes some folks will run behind the fence for cover, yes they will run when scared, yes they will run when avoiding you....you cannot attack past the fence. Do no let the heat of the moment get you in to trouble, mind your surroundings and your actions. This is not up for debate or discussion its simple.
II - Thou shalt not participate in or initiate any hostile actions in Avendell or Frostdale. You must control or dissmiss your summons and pets in these so that THEY do not participate in or initiate any hostile actions. This includes the areas inside the preliminary fences of Avendell. And remember, "hostile actions" include Pick Pocketing, stealing other players' gear while being transferred, and other markedly aggressive deeds.
