I was wondering, since evil domain alows you to turn outsiders as you would turn undead, would you then be able to turn Teiflings and Asimar? Or it's the same as with the PM?

Unless they script it, a subrace is nothing but a normal PC with a creature item slapped onto it that gives it certain bonusses, scripts might be put in place to also affect them in other ways (such as turn, and the respawn penalty even when raised)

Yes, planar creatures can be turned by high-level clerics.

Is the sun domain's extra 1d6 to max HD turned and 1d4 to number of HD turned included somehow?

Nice! Didn't realise that sun did that also. If that 1d6 is implimented that could kick some serious butt I think.

DV: yes, Sun domain increases the damage dealt, and the turnable HD.
