ok i feel it is necessary for some ppl to read the rules again basically no names will be mentioned but you know who you are here is the rule u need to read :-

Modifiers to this rule.
* If the PK stays put (same general area) and the PK'd keeps running back, then its the PK'd and not the PK'r who is at fault.
* It has to be intentional, walking into a free fire zone (active NS City raid) and getting nailed by just being to close is just a hazard of the world.
* If the looser actively hunts the winner of said match and looses again its on the losers head. (this is not the re logging new character to exact revenge, thats instant harassment).
* Anyone intentionally putting themselves in harms way to provoke a reaction from someone will fall into the harassment rule as well.

Pk threads always go the wrong direction, if there is an issue always just ss it and pm a DM we always will look into any infraction or false accusation.

This isnt locked against anyone but rule issues should always just be PM'd since as stated above these threads always turn into flame wars or repeating NS rules
