Changing factions?

I don't plan on leaving the circle any time soon, and would rather not, but i would like to become a palemaster, and the only way to do so would be to join MA. Is it possible to do that, and/or change back to my first faction?

that would defeat the purpose of being part of a particular faction.

I'm sure i could figure out some way to do it ic. But i've heard it was possible to change factions through jobs or something.

it would require a DM changing your alignment and also changing your faction ratings

Well my alignment works for both and my class does as well, or will once i multiclass. Thx for the info on the faction stuff though.
