Just don't say the "W" word.

And give TC jobs, shifters a STR bonus to their shifted forms (since gloves don't merge and they're the only Str item on the server)....

(I don't think there is a Greek equivalent for C so...)
That would be Gamma (at least, the third letter of the Greek alphabet) :)
