Agree with Lothy, considering how it ruined NS3 and had to be banned.
Especially considering NS3 was pretty much pure powergaming and NS4 is a fair bit more toned down...

Well its allowed until they bann it. so feel free to take it now but it will probably be banned shortly after or before release so only put it on a char you dont mind loosing

We've implemented a server-side modification to disallow taking Dev Crit.

Can someone please tell me where you can find a listing of all the new rules regarding things like "Devastating Critical". I have not been able to find anything.
