Blinded by fire

Just found out something interesting about this update. Party friendly spells like Flame Strike will still blind your fellow drow if they are in melee with the target of Flame Strike. Just being in the area of the spell regardless of actually being affected by the spell will still blind them. Just a heads up for you drow lovers out there.

flamestrike i think is the only party friendly spell that effects both you and your party of drow.

Well as far as i can tell all the updated blinding spells... Flamestrike and fire storm ect.. still not only effect friendlys but effect the caster. I still blind myself every time i cast firestorm but at 20d6 damage well its worth it. so it suppose to be like this or is it being worked on?
