Yeahm basically, "spoilers" about where to get the weapons was disallowed by the devs. However, it was my idea to start adding the in-game descriptions of the items to the wiki listings. Some of these descriptions have lcues as to where the items can be found.

I'm the ultimate spoiler, lol. I put in all the exact stats for a ton of creatures, and it got removed. lol, it was a shame. I put the creature's hit points, attack bonus, AC, special abilities, CR, and drops. The Devs thought it was overboard when I gave the exact DC for a reflex save against the Winter Wolves' Cone of Frost

Bah, I don't mind. Less work for me anyway when putting in new monsters.
