Base AC not restored after web

I've noticed that if I get entangled (most often from a web spell) my ac does not restore itself after the spell effects wear off. I have to relog for my ac to change back.
If I remove all items from my toon my base ac is 6 instead of 10 despite my 14base dex. It seems when my dex drops to 3 or whatever with the -4 dex modifier while entangled that it never changes back.

Have you tested this out in combat? The char sheet tends to be mistaken more often then its right in such cases.

I'm pretty sure I saw several cases of me getting hit with combined attack rolls of 25-28 when my ac should have been 29. I'll get a screen shot of the combat log.

That could be because you are flatfooted and you lose dodge AC and possibly dex unless you have uncanny dodge, in which case you still lose dodge.

Yeah and that's the trouble right now. I've got a ss of the decreased ac but can't actually tell if I'm being caught ff or if it is actually decreasing my ac when I get hit in the proper range (i.e. what it says my ac is and what it should be). In one instance I think a screen transition caused the character sheet to return to normal which makes me think it's nothing more than a character sheet problem. So, sorry to be inconclusive but if I manage to get a for sure I'll post it.
