Monk Speed

It has been my understanding that having 3 lvls of monk and using haste or messenger token is cheating . Some people seem to think this problem has been fix while others don't .

I'm just hoping for an offical answer on this

It's not cheating to be hasted.

It is cheating however to cast haste 2 times on yourself to get the double haste speed.

I was told even using the messener token with 3 monk lvls was cheating ... Guess the bugs fixed then .
