Does this "Tournament !!!!!!!!!!" have any restrictions? (I.E. class limits, potion / scroll use, freedom to run anywhere you like...)
Is resurrecting allowed?
What is the prize for winning?
Is it a single match or a best of series?

But, it's such a draining job that, until you've DMed on an NWN server yourself, you the playerbase, have got to cut the DMs some slack. - Flailer

Considering his guild has the moral standards of an Exiled Necromancer, and so few details have been provided (along with the outrageous entry fee), I think this whole event can be discounted as false.

okwas spur of the moment post heres the answers to your questions
1) Prob held in dark forest so no one looses items
2) i was tryig to see if a dm would be able to collect the money and give that to the winners
3) i am not an exiled necro
4)and as far as running if you leave the map you are dqed and no healing potiens ( clerics and druids can cast heal, palis can lay on hands)
so i hope this cleared this all up if there are any more questions please let me know.

Havok, what about mages? They have a tendancy to own all else... granted at 25 they are not yet protected by Epic Armor. Its very possible a Wail ends the match in a split second... And I would assume there will be no time for buffing at the beginning to give melee a fair shot. Maybe see invis on each char to prevent a caster from hiding with invis. Dual mages would still dominate melee with bigbys
Or ShadowDancers? Are those to be allowed to hide indefinitely should their ally die?
Characters with hundres of scrolls? I like your stance on potions, but this can present a problem.
