Nah When I get closer to 30 I shift "old" to be 40+.

Although I did joke when I was in my late teens that I had my mid-life crisis at 15 and therefore would prolly be dead by 30.

Some of my relatives lived to be over 80 years old. Some died in their 50s. One cousin died at age 29. The ones that died under age 70 died form over work. Most of them felt university was a waste... one of those 'if you don't sweat when you work, its a dishonest dollar'.

But I went into computer tech support anyway. I am kinda tired of it after 18 years of the argh, not again situations of co-workers who evidently just recently discovered fire and ice. Next millenium we might get them used to the wheel. No, I'm not joking.

Harumph... :D

But if they would just make new errors, I can handle that.

But they make the same errors over and over.

I have been on this particular job for 6 years now. Some of these nutters have been working here years longer than I have, and they still make the mistakes they did seven years ago. Like disabling their logins, because they cannot spell their own names.

Of course, the funniest/saddest errors are those made by faculty that teach computer science. Like formatting their hard drives. I worked there for 6 years to.

The trick in life is to keep a steady life of extreme vice and sin, so you do die before you're past your prime. Like 35. And always keep a big life insurance policy.
