where are my Gods?

I like most of the DM's hangin around and i like the fact that at any given moment a God may call upon you to do something heroic. however, i want my Gods....has anyone seen them? you know who they are the truly evil and twisted beings who make peoples lives complicated and spiteful. now i'm not saying some good stuff like Helm and such aren't appreciated, but i think that the truly heinous ones are need to be hangin around also.

I'm on as Lolth at least a hour each day, hopefully during the evening when there are lots of people on.

However, it's harder being an actively evil god than a good one: good gods rez people, give them quests, and encourage their factions to succeed... evil gods, logically, drop out of the sky with fire and hellstorm, hinder the quests of others, and punish the failures of their worshippers rather than rewarding their success. The problem with this roleplaying is many of the people in NS at any given time are just trying to level up their characters, or are out to PvP for a while. People tend to respond to the three Drow Priestesses attacking them out of nowhere while raiding Menzo with "OMFG!!1! I wuz just trying to f***ing l3v3l!!!1! Y did u do th4t!!!1!1!!"

If people really want evil gods to be active, trust me, I'd be happy to oblige... but be thankful also that the good ones are around more with their "help"

I killed them all except Lloth. I let Lloth live cause I can never get her name spelled properly.

i say bring on the pain. i need something new to spice up my NS life. the activeness of the gods that are on now is really cool when you have it going. i don't think an evil being doing what they do would be so bad. i've tangled with lolth before in her own temple. (just make sure you don't sit in her chair) leveling and and pking are fun but to have some new kind of interaction at any given time is the only reason i haven't given up on this mod yet.

The DMs arn't the only ones that have to deal with that =o
