OK are you allowed to kill some one in avendell if they pickpocket u out of avendell?

One of the witnesses to it called me on the phone, the matter has been turned over to one of the other DM's to investigate and make a decision on.

although, you really shudunt PP someone in a city that isnt supposed to be hostile...

and whether or not they are allowed to kill you in avendell for you PPing them, you deserve being killed for being caught PPing.

i didnt pp in a city, but yes i prob deserve to die for getting caught. BUt not by a character thats way higher lvl and thats not the one i tried to pp.

But it doesnt matter the event has been taken care of

or a fun thing to do is set TONS of traps up sumwhere, put on sum heavy armor to give u (atleast near to) negative PP skills, PP sum1 then as they chase you, lead them over the traps.

Although i havent played in sometime, i thought if your killed by a PC you dont lose any XP?

I would think of it as a win win situation for you, not only did you get some lunch money, but you got a free bus ride back home.
