DM or DEV clairfy Avendell and others items please

Ok, for about 2 + hr tonight I had to listen to a bunch of ppl [censored] at each other about whether:

A) You can or can not kill the guards in avendell.
B) You can PK in Avendell.
C) you can kill anything that moves in avendell.
D) You can camp at respawn points and then kill anything that moves...

Most if not all was directed at TerminalInsanity...

For avendell, I cut and paste from the direct message on the forum posted by Pros...

Unlesss anything else is said from the higher powers, what is allready stated around the forum is what we play by.
