err i no there r amulets of wisdom, but can u get rings or other items that add to ya wisdom??!?!

yes.... it's just that no one has found them yet.

in fact, they are so hard to find the devs havent even made them...

wtf? I have a Platinum Amulet of something or rather.
From it I get +3 AC, +5 Wisdom

There are plenty of items that boost wisdom. If you're after a cheap and nasty, just go into an armoury or clothing store and buy one.
