Conspiracy Theory

Post by The Greatest Deception »

I discovered something:

1) Certain developers are actually playing NS4 as ordinary pcs. No one thinks that they are actually developers. They tend to play alone, people will be led to believe that they are just plain players. Be careful folks...

2) Okies and Slaves are the same thing. Same set of players with different logins. Ever wondered why the two never seemed to appear in big groups simultaneously in one place? Be careful again folks... as back in NS3, okies usually had certain intimate relationships with the devs. This is one of the reasons why they still exist today. Why did they come to exist? Easy, if the NS community thinks they are the most despicable outcasts of the community, then the community would unite themselves to fight these okies. It is the same psychology a president uses on his country to unify them - they make them face foreign enemies.

Sadly, I must tell you that okies have been the most organized so far. This indicates that to beat these okies, new guilds must be formed by ordinary players and learn teamwork and strategy; thus contributing to a better NS community - again this is another of the devs strategies in mind. Okies are the devs' instruments.

3) Rare items actually do drop from creatures with less than 20 cr.

4) After this post, perhaps some persons from the community will be shocked.

Ok I'll probably get blasted for this comment but here it is anyway. I kinda think the okies add kinda a cool angle to the game. Some are worse than others, some not quiet as evil. But isnt this true of real life? It adds some realism to the game. A world such as ns4 would be boring if it were all peaches and cream. What would a walk down the streets of New York City be like if you didnt get cussed at or flipped off at least once! Yeah, I've been pk'd a few times by okies. It can be annoying sometimes, but oh aint it great when you get some revenge! As for the dm's and devs playing characters. Why shouldnt they? I used to play d&d on pnp both as a dm and as a player. I didnt like to just one or the other all the time. The only thing I would disagree with is if a dm or dev gave special privlages to certain players. That would be wrong. I've been playing beta since the day it opened and I played ns3 a while before that and I personally have never witnessed anyone getting special treatment by a dm or dev. Thats not to say it doesnt happen, I just havent seen it. But back to my main point. Yes the okies can be a pain sometimes, but such is life. When I play i expect to be attacked. Plain and simple. I usually dont attack unless im attacked but sometimes a good duel is fun. Anyways. I have no objections to dm's and devs playing characters. I have no objections to okies. ( I actually like a couple of them. *gasp*) I have no problem with okies playing as slaves on seperate accounts. THe key is, STAY ALERT. GAME ON!!!!

Ha. Someone comes up with a Devs/DMs are Okies argument every few months. It isn't true; get over it.

how is that opinion verify that i know alot about that clan? are u suggesting that in this instance, the clan is so shallow that a mere opinion qualifies as knowing a lot about it?
