subrace modifier and skill points

If subrace modifier's are applied after login, then I assume that an int boosting subrace does not get any benefit in terms of skill points. Is that right?

right.

not until the stats are perm changed will you be able to reap all thier benefits (or downside mwuahaha so abuse it while u can)

And actually even then the extra skill points from INT may not be possible. Maybe add skill points to be applied at second level?

u do get the skill points after you INT has been increased, tho u will lose the 4 skill points if you would have gotten if u have had the 2 more int at chracter creation...
