Hello Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has had trouble trying to get the Lasting Insperation Epic Feat. I've been working with The Halls Of Advanced Training and cannot seem to get this Feat to come up. My character meets all of the requirements for the Feat, yet I still can't seem to get it. I assume that this is just a bug with the Halls Mod, but wanted to get your guys input on it. Any assistance you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

The reason is because you don't meet the requirements. You must have 25 ranks in Perform to take it.

The feat description is misleading. It says 21st lvl, Bardic Music, & 25 Perform, but you actually need 21 levels in bard before it becomes an option to take.
It isn't the only bugged or misleading epic feat out there... the blackguard Epic Fiend feat lists 15 blackguard as a pre-requisite, but it's actually 16 (which messes up a lot of decent blackguard builds on servers with boosted summons).
