Fae/Matex/Handy Caster/ETC Respawn Camp Proof

He just attacked my party in the Menzoduran respawn room as we where resting. We managed to kill his friend but he ran away, and came back a few seconds later fully buffed again while we where all prety much out of spells.

They killed me about 4 times, and i have no idea how many times they killed my other party members...

Hate to tell you this nomi, but i killed you, MR. MOIST.
We were responding to a noobs distress call as we were already hunting you. We found you in the barracks buffed and attacked, while i was laying dead after initial rush, Her Royal attempted to bind there, but that was DURING battle, and then upon my Rez, you were smoked. Now then, the only thing Fae can be accused of is rezing a party member, so get it right. Why do you only whine about rules when killed by someone 10 levels lower ROFL.

How kind of you to include me in the post for this incident, where I come from slander is against the law.. since I had nothing to do with the actual event itself and my name does NOT appear in your screen shot.

I only stepped in so far as to point out how absolutely full of ___ you are and how your little crusade to get Necroscope banned from the server is competely unjustified. You run your mouth like your more important than any of the rest of us "beta testers" and when you don't like someone you try to set them up. How bout posting the REST of that conversation hmm?

Most of these incidents you refer to were either honest errors or "you're" interpretation of the "rules". YOU were the one camping in the spawn area with your other 2 epic level characters waiting for the party you KNEW was hunting you. Get over it, you lost with the odds overwhelmingly in your favor and now your just bitter.

OK now here is what happened from your own party member's memory Nomious.

Your party went in the barracks looking for guards and loot, the other party entered and the battle began with members on both sides being killed. One member of the other party took a tactical retreat to buff and prep for battle and returned to rez his fallen party member and to finish off the battle.

Your party out numbered and had the level advantage over the other party so it was not a matter of them killing lower levels since you were level 30 and they were 5 or so levels below you. Since you entered the barracks first and they came in after there was no indication that they were camping the respawn area.

Now if I am missing something here please take the time to PM me but from the information I gathered from members of both parties I find the following to be evident;

1) there was no camping of the respawn other then what you may interpret as that since you took the battle to a respawning area and kept getting up after they killed you.

2) there were no level differences that would make them too powerful to be hunting for you.

I am locking this thread and asking those that were involved if they have anything to add to PM me and I will continue to evaluate it should I recieve additional information.
