first question: will mordenkains disjuncition and spell breach lower monk spell resist?

second question: will spell penetration, greater spell penetration, and epic spell penetration stack for casters?
>> Default setting for now, think they are non-cumulative.

third question: is the damage done by called shot cumulative? will you be able to slowly widdle down your enemies speed to nothing?
