Where to go from here?

I have been playing for a while now, in the Gargaroth area, and have found the kills getting a bit tame. I know someone else has said this elsewhere but what I would like to know is if it is possible to move to another area, say Neversummer itself. Is there a secret link to other areas or am I restricted to the one I joined up for?

Do some exploring, you can get to any other faction's areas.

Without spoiling the fun of exploring, try looking in a variety of caves. There are a number of links to other (and better) areas.
