I have to agree with Ryu on this one. What actions are justifiable to kill a newb? I know if a lower level char tries to attack me, I will defend myself. If a char is annoying and keeps bugging the hell out of me, I have no probs sending them back to their spawn point. If a char gets in the way of one of my spells..... oooops, too bad.

I had a low lvl sorc in MA when this char started to attack the guards. Knowing that I didn't stand a chance against this guy (either brave or stupid, you pick) I decided to try and defend my faction. The guy killed me twice and then gave me 10k gold for having the balls to stand up to him. I didn't whine on the shout channel nor on the forums. I knew this is pvp server and that I will get pked. And with that, I will leave a message to all those whiners out there who cry cause they were pked on a pvp server. If you see someone who is red to you, run like hell; and if you get killed, well next time run faster! This is a pvp server, expect to get pked.

I would like to praise the Devs and the DMs on their hellified job on the NS4 Beta. This is the first time I ever played NWN multiplayer and I have to say that this server rocks. I look forward to NS4 final and NS5 Beta....

just looking at the top bit of the first page of the forum... i count 6 posts on the topic of bitching about people PKing each other. my god people, what the hell do you think this server is based around?! i know you wouldnt catch bitching like this on Mechwarrior or AvP, so why the f**k is it happening here?? this is a full PvP server! theres a war going on for god's sake! people are supposed to get killed! if you dont like it, then go play harvest moon! or play doom and put on god mode or something! just stop bitching about how this game is supposed to be played!
