Nothing pierces resists or immunities. Damage Reduction is the one affected by the magical enhancement of the weapon. Stoneskin gives Damage Reduction (which the +5 arrows bypass).

Enhancement bonus skips past damage reduction.
It does not skip through damage immunity or resistance.
Whatever +# a reduction is, that is the +# enhancement needed to skip the damage reduction.
So Greater Stoneskin at 20/+5 reduction would need a +5 enhancement weapon to not be affected by 20 damage reduction.
As for AA's enchant arrow feat, last I checked, it does count toward skipping damage reduction, but doesn't stack with other bonuses to do this.

I was always under the impression that when it comes to bypassing soak with archers it's the enchantment on the arrows that do that. The +AB you can get on bows is not the same as an enchancment bonus. Also I wouldn't have thought that ench bonuses would stack, so a +5 arrow and a lvl 9+ AA wont give +10 ench bonus, much in the same way that things like the same type of AC bonus doesnt stack either.

That's the awesome part of AA's, being able to get +15 weapons.
And having that +15 bonus stack with +ab on a bow and +damage on ammo.

Which then you get 10 dmg resist piercing which kinda negates most of the enchant dmg off the arrow for the AA

if u dont think dex fighters can do any dmg or be good in pvp, fight my Slave Vittoria. even lindon, wearing leonsbane (and i use a rapier), had a tough time killing the lvl 20

keep in mind that duel wield rapiers dex based gets 6 attacks per round and the off hand gets same AB in the 2 rounds as the first 2 rounds in your norm hand weap which helps greatly.
