Once you know the facts you can ETA yourself.

1. Drive to where servers are.
2. Pull out power supply, then ship it out to get it replaced/or buy a new one. Pend time for them to ship it/it to be shipped from the place you bought it.
3. Install it. Check the supply and make sure the server boots.

I live in southern NJ, point me to the servers' residence and I will check on them.

What is the logic behind putting the servers so far away from those who need to support them? That doesn't seem like a good idea because stuff like this will happen.

The logic is that the server's current location has a pipeline being paid for by someone who is volunteering to provide bandwith and rack space. If donations were more reliable, enough to guarantee being able to pay for a commercial connection every month, on time, I'm sure the Devs would have gladly located the hardware in a co-location facility in their home town. As it is, we're taking what's been offered, gladly.

Nerdlor and Lokey live next to the servers so we do have people close by.
Its lack of real life time to drive to the facility every time something goes down that has been the real issue.

And yes lack of any donations in the last few months has hurt as well.

We are still here, and living our lives and trying to devote time to finishing this great game we all love so much.

Keep the faith
