Tailoring - Yet another crafting question.

I'm playing a pure monk character and started out in leather working and at Master Craftsman I received the message "you find it increasingly more difficult to advance...". So I read the FAQ on crafting and looks as though there is a cap on that crafting skill for the Monk. So I switched to Tailoring and again I'm receiving the same message at Master Craftsman even though the FAQ is saying I should be able to get MA in skill level. Now I've tried different areas for crafting including the Monastary and the Li Whatever Elf place and get the same message everywhere. Now am I mistaken that I can get to MA in Tailoring or can someone tell me what it is that is preventing me from advancing???

The epic level crafting stations (Master Artisan) are few and far between and must be sought out.

in other words you have to run around and find a station that will allow you to get MA.

Well I have been checking other locations and as far as I can tell and from what would make sense in an RP fashil I've checked the valid locations as well. Though I've tried tailoring in the Dwarven Stronghold, you wouldn't expect them to really be masters at tailoring skills

I'm really looking for a straight answer to as what the message means. Am I capped due to race or class restrictions? Is it just not possible to get to MA in Tailoring? Am I not spending enough xp?

And also why do you refer to it as "epic level crafting" when you need only be level 15 for 5th level and 19th for MA.

Do you need one of the Master Artisan crafting stations to make it to MA level, or just to craft MA level equipment?
