Explanation of Item level restrictions?

Any +4 weapon is lvl 21-25 and an artifact right now. Which means random rare drop on cr20+ critters

There will be some 21-25 weapons in frostdale on the bosses that drop on those bosses, and lvl 20 weapons that drop on some minions.

It goes like this

16-19 Random and Boss
20 Random and Boss
20 Artifact
21-25 Artifact
21-25 Boss

Anything lvl 20 and higher requires you to be lvl 20 to use.

Ohh I guess I have a ton of lvl 20 stuff... never realized it was lvl 20 because I was 20+ when I got it.

Do unique boots, cloaks or belts exist? What I mean by unique is non mithril or imbued or laced or lined or any of that crap. I mean the items with specific names, ie Armor of the Spider Queen.

Offhand I don't remember any uniques of those items, or rings and ammys. There's a lot out there tho.

Can someone tell me the stats for the SS of Sharpness? I am assuming it's Vorpal.

nope, it's imbued mith, with on hit drain cha dc -18, and something else, i think an extra 2d6 of another dmg type or something.

so far i am artisan in exotics... can make all exotic keen weapons. costs a ton of xp tho and i want my lvl 21 first
