Move Silently Bonus equal to Shifter Level (1/2*Shifter Level if multiclassed)
The bonus does not stack with the Skill Bonus from items.
eg:
10SFT/1rog/5dru(+5MS) with crafted boots(+8MS)
You get 8 MS bonus after polymorph.
20SFT/1rog/5dru(+10MS) with crafted boots(+8MS)
You get 10 MS bonus after polymorph.

probably takes the higher of the 2 to prevent some forms of abuse.

I'd lean towards display bug, but will check the code.

Working as intended, ms bonus is only for straight druid/shifter.

Cross is correct. The 1/2 MS isn't stacking with gear on my Ranger/Druid/Shifter.
If I remove MS gear and shift to drow I get a 1/2 shifter level boost to MS, just as the wiki states.
With MS gear on I don't get the 1/2 shifter level boost to MS.
