The pot chugging fix must have been removed or broken somehow... it worked on all items that cast healing spells... even greater restoration scrolls.

as far as pots go, lvling with pots working as they do now, is hard as is.....especially if you are going solo. at lvl 36 my pally can't go anywhere by himself unless he has a whole stack of pots. make places easier if your gonna reduce the effectiveness of pots. I really don't wanna be drawing a monster at a time for about 36 xp per kill. exaggeration but still. I would even be good for raising the xp yield of monsters.

You don't see the point. I've had *Gold* a dragon with tons of damage doing 10 fire damage a hit to a DWD, and around 50-100 damage on crits.

Also, lots of toons can't level solo, pots or no.

GR scrolls got nerfed, as far as I can tell. Secondly: 150 HP = 300 HP a round. Thats a hell of a lot of punishment you can shrug off for one toon, especially one with 1k HP.

And then there was another [crap] dwd earlier who they could only kill by curse dirge imploding it.

Why not just disable healing potions in faction cities? Or make them 100% less potent after you drink one (you can drink one and then it wont work for a long time). It would totally remove any drama surrounding healing potions.

First of all, this isn't a one time incident. It has been happening a lot lately.

The particular incident that set me off happened as I was transitioning, he transitioned first and I followed, and when I came out he was at full health. A party member told me he had chugged a potion, I asked if he was sure it wasn't a spell, but he said that yes, it was a potion. It wasn't in my logs so i am just trusting my guildmates here. I don't remember the name off the top of my head, but I sent him a tell, and never heard back, so I don't have a reason to believe differently right now.

It was happening right in my face earlier in the night with a different dwd that got me pretty annoyed initially. Thankfully we could implode him or I probably would have made the post a few hours earlier. It was with heal kits, which some people see as sanctioned potions because they have to take skill points, but it ruins my fun for just the same reasons.

and make lvling a pain in the [censored]....the only way to make people happy, is by putting in a rule about chugging. But then again people hate rules....

mining i was partyuing with a dwd that was getting beat up by mobs in HOD. as a dragon doing sufficient damage to a dwd you will kill him. when he is chugging he can't hit. and you get an AOO so pretty much two hits on the guy. DWD's prolly have a hard time breaking 55 ab buffed. hell my pally is a 36 and he has a hard time breaking 50 ab. mostly because he is cha based. but dwd's should be con based so it evens out. change your gear to the weapon he is using and just keep hitting him. you should outlast him. hell if i was in a party i would deal with dwd's last. cause they take longer to kill than any other toon.

In relic raiding it isn't always about killing other people. When you are on the offense, it is easier to ignore a chugger, but they are still disruptive, staying alive longer so you can't rest and regroup and all that. On defense, a chugger is the most frustrating thing ever because they don't need to attack you to do what they need to do. Pure monks are some of the best raiders just because they out-run everything, they don't have to attack a single person to steal a relic.

If pvp were more of a fight between two teams until the other team is dead thing, yeah twiggy, you would be right, but that isn't how it is in relic combat.

-Rewrote spamming of healing items (potions, scrolls, etc.). After the first heal item use, there's a 10% decrease to each healing afterward to a maximum of 50% decrease. Two minutes after the last heal item use, it wears off and goes back to 0%.

the restoration scrolls fix works, same thing as the pots, works how you designed them to work, theres no problems with your fixes.
the effectiveness of pots/scrolls starts dropping when you hit the 2nd one.

It's rather simple. If using potions / kits / scrolls in pvp doesn't stop, there will be no more pvp

sounds like how relic raiding should be changed.

don't steal the relic unless all defenders are dead. if killed while defending you can't go back to defend for 15 or so minutes.
No heal items allowed while raiding/defending.

put heal pots back to the way they were before, so i can kill more people .

oh and mining i have never fought draco lich, so i can't see how this would be possible. a lvl 30 dwd would be easily dispellable, so there must be no magic there. and his damage must not have crited very often. can dwd's get over 65 ac?
