as far as clerical domains go
what domain increases strength of summons? and are there any high level constructs? (destruction domain). or high level earth elementals (earth domain)?

Never bother with domains to boost summons, iirc, it just isn't worth it.
As to constructs, no. As to elementals, planar turners are solid in pvp.
