Alas it only goes down to 1 skill point per level. If a DM is insane enough to give me immunity to KD
I'd make it with intimidate. Because I'd wet my pants if I was talking to someone of below animal intelligence who was chaotic evil wielding a frigging huge axe and looked strong enough to tear full plate to pieces with their bare hands.
