Epic Class Feat Question

Epic Class Feat Question

I see blinding speed listed as a epic selectable bonus feat for shifters on the ns4 wiki, but it is not listed as selectable on nwn.wikia.com. Is there an official ruling on this matter in ns4? I don't have a good way to test this out, and I'm not really into that whole "trial and error" thing (I'm particularly not a big fan of error).

nwn.wikia.com only has the feats that are NOT available to shifter listed. All other feats are available unless listed. NS4's wiki is right in line with nwn.wikia.com as far as this issue goes. So yes, Shifters can take blinding speed provided they meet the pre-requisites.

Lorkar is correct.

Get your blinding speed on your shifter, and you will enjoy your shifter much more. &)

I'm talking specifically about epic bonus feats, not general feats. I know I can take it as a general feat, that isn't the issue. the ns4 wiki has it listed as a selectable epic bonus feat, but nwn.wikia.com does not.

I just built one offline and no, you cannot select Blinding Speed as a Shifter bonus feat. You have to take it on a general feat level (21,24,27,30,33,36,39).

Then I guess NS4 Wiki is wrong

To clarify, only RDD, SD and WM get Blinding Speed in the Epic Feat selections for PrC's.
