Banned for no reason other than DM CHASE is power hungry

I was banned earlier because I attacked a friend of mine outside avendell because DM chase believed it was against the rules when there is clearly no rules agaisnt that.

II - Thou shalt not participate in or initiate any hostile actions in Avendell or Frostdale. You must control or dissmiss your summons and pets in these so that THEY do not participate in or initiate any hostile actions. This includes the areas inside the preliminary fences of Avendell. And remember, "hostile actions" include Pick Pocketing, stealing other players' gear while being transferred, and other markedly aggressive deeds.
