Druid wildshapes/Elemental shapes

Post by zeroth7777 »

Does any1 know the weapons in the elemental shapes(elder) ?

Does weapon focus/improved cri in these weapon aid the elemental shapes?

Does the monk AC deflection penalty apply to druid shapes also? or does it only affect shifters?

Thank you~!

Page 15 (think) of the changelog should answer alot of your questions. I do believe that monk AC is removed from shifted forms alltogether, not sure about that though.

Monk just removes the ability to gain epic shapes.

Ok I will go check for you on the elder elementals. With no weapon in my hand to alter the stats of the weapons heres what I get. . .

Earth Elemental - Earth Elemental Smash (light hammer) +2d10 bludgeoning damage, appears to be a +2 weapon
Fire Elemental - Fire Elemental Poker (short sword) +2d12 fire damage, appears to be a +2 weapon
Air Elemental - Air Elemental Buffet (light hammer) +2d12 electrical damage, appears to be a +2 weapon
Water Elemental - Water Elemental Gore (morningstar) +2d12 slashing damage, appears to be a +2 weapon

If you look at your inventory you can tell what type of weap it is by the icon.

I'll confirm and edit the changelog. Also water ele is intentional, it does have its uses ;)

Another nice finessable weapon for Air Elemental might be Hand Axe. Would be good to have one slasing option in there. Not to mention it goes with cutting wind.
