Fighter ab question

Ok i was under the long-standing impression that a fighter level (be it a pure fighter char or a multi classed one) gives you +1 to ab.

On my last level, i took fighter and my ab didnt increase by the +1. Ive noticed this lack of increase for 2 or 3 of my fighter levels (F/R/WM) So is the +1/level innacurate? Or perhaps the char sheet is bug'd and not showing the increase like it should?

You only get the +1 ab for your levels up untill lvl 20. After lvl 20 you get +1 Ab every 2 levels, no matter what class.

And Remember those pre-epic rogue levels are 3/4 not 1/1 on BAB. Epic Progression for BAB is 1/2
