NS4 set to level 25 (temporary)

NS4 has been temporarily set to 25 for the upper level limit parameter. The reason for this is that the mod does not have the areas to accommodate those upper level characters that have a tendency to get 'bored'. I believe many of those upper areas are about done (some like sunken and frostdale are complete as I understand). The new areas are not far off and some more information should be posted shortly.
