Oldish change, seems to have settled well - light hammers are now 20x3 crit.

Traditional early april balance changes as time frees up in my schedule.
Disclaimer: A few of these changes are tentative and on the high end of what seems reasonable.
SD
- HiPS CD now 3s, from 4s.
- HiPS CD only starts if you /actually/ HiPS - if you were in combat, it won't erroneously start the timer.
- Shadow Evade bumped a lot the high end.
Stun Fist
- Each stun fist feat is now worth +1.5 DC:
Barbarians
- Mighty rage is now +2 AB, from +1.
- Barbarian Rage now gives haste for all barbarians with at least 25 levels of barbarian.
Monk
- Monks gain UBAB (e.g. more attacks at a -3 progression) when using shurikens and quarterstaves.
- Monks cannot use flurry of blows with these weapons.
Assassin
- level 5+ assassins can now use their int towards their AB for tiny weapons (dagger, kukri, dart, shuriken).
Various equipment upgrades

Abyss:
- Abyss warhammer
- Abyssal b-Sword
- Abyssal greataxe
- Durzagon Axe
- Abyss bracers
- Abyss helmet
- Abyss trident

In general, double-weapons have been normalized on death dire mace, and 2h weapons have been normalized closer to talisid flail (depending on base type).

Small XP changes:
- Penalty for killing things lower level than you reduced (smooth curve, but ~1.5x the XP from killing things 5 levels below you).
It's still wildly more efficient to hunt proper CR things, especially since...
- Boss bonuses increased from 2x (4x at high ranks) to 2.5x (5x at high ranks).

Few more small XP changes:
- dorf CRs slightly up
- xp at high levels slightly raised in general

Quick and dirty inferno nerf:
- Duration capped at 10 from 15.
- Extend = 1.5x duration instead of 2x.
Hopefully this makes inferno less frustrating to play against.
