Hey, I've only been playing on NS4 for maybe a couple weeks now (level 27 MA toon atm) but I'm interested in joining the Guild of Death & Strife. When I started I didn't think the wiki had any guilds under Mystral Ascendancy, but I just noticed GODS, so I was wondering if I could join, or what I have to do?

Melkor of Mellifleur {GODS} and Tsavong {GODS} of Bane

I play the toon Vidar, follower of Bane, but not in his title. I was also wondering...I noticed guildies always have their guild initials in their title, is this a requirement? Would I have to roll up a new toon?

Yes. All guild toons are required to have guild tags somewhere in the name.
