I really did search the forums prior to posting this.
While in game I hit the "print screen" button. I found the file in my NWN program. (It was something like NWN00001.) The game saves it as a texture file (.tga). I made a copy on my desktop to INSURE it doesn't get deleted when I log out.
How do I change the .tga file to something: A) upload-able to Image Shack or B) email-able straight to a DM.
It would have been SO much easier if i could have found the posts I *know* I read somewhere about how to do this. A link to that previous post would be just lovely.
(Goes back to grumbling about xp loss and PVP)

Pick up a copy of Irfanview it is free and will convert just about any image you have. When you have it installed open the image you want then goto file and select batch conversion select the file and check batch conversion make sure your output format is the one you want. Then drag your file to the bottom box and click start batch. Make sure you check what folder the converted image is going to.
I put the IO in socIOpath!

I downloaded the Image Shack software, but it refused to recognize the .tga file type.
I might be blonde, but I do try before pestering with a ton of questions.
I'll see if I can find what you mentioned a bit later. Thank you.

irfanview is nice...open the file, modify it, then save it as a jpg image for ease. then you can upload it to most any pic site with little problems.
