1.68 patch for East

I plan to update East with the 1.68 patch between now and tomorrow(Wednesday).

I plan to update East with the latest patch and mod update shortly after the scheduled 3 pm eastern reset. It might actually happen 1 hour later around 4 pm eastern when I get home from work so there will be 2 resets within a 1 or 2 hour period today in the afternoon. I will send a server message to give everyone a 10 minutes warning to rest and finish up what they doing.
