East Server Down EVERY Sunday

Why does the East server go down on Every Sunday. It APPEARS that it goes off line after the 3am reset and does not become available until after the 3pm reset. Neither NS4 nor NS3.5 show up in the internet games list or Favorites list but I am able to see NS4 in my history list (NS3.5 does NOT show up in my history list).

Is this because of maintenance ?

Sorry, Hurricane Sandy knocked my power out since Monday. Hoping to get it back soon. I'll try to fix that Sunday problem...might know whats casuing it.
