teleportation

teleport party wands..... lets face it we have all had those times when a party member is who knows where and it woud take you forever to get there... so why not teleport, dms can do it why not players?

But to elaborate a bit for those that don't know already, talk to the Sage up in NS:EC for an idea of where to start the quest for the Leader Stick.
