NS Gear Idea - "Lawn Darts"

Darts are underused on the server. To encourage the use of darts, I propose a new high-damage ranged weapon: Lawn darts. Yes, this is whimsical.

Double the usual range.

Bonus to hit. +2 AB against tiny creatures, +4 against small creatures, +6 against medium creatures, +8 against large creatures, etc. etc.

Piercing and bludgeoning damage. Lots of it, potentially (e.g., use 2d20 instead of 4d10).

Chance of slow, stun, or daze on hit.

Grants "Called Shot" feat.

Max 3 (or 6) darts in a stack.

Set up a couple of targets in the NS courtyard so that players could *play* "lawn darts", whispering the 'hit score' (amount rolled less the to-hit required). Have the target ignore all attacks not made at the appropriate range (from the far side of the courtyard, basically). Can we make the AC of a target be 10 + playerlevel?
